Q: Are you equipped to handle demanding international projects and strict deadlines?

Yes, our operations are highly export-oriented. We regularly serve international clients and understand that missing a delivery date can disrupt an entire commercial launch or private residential installation. Our commitment is simple: when we promise a delivery date, we work relentlessly to keep it.

Q: What are your standard delivery and shipping timelines?

We take pride in our highly efficient production schedules. Physical samples are delivered within 10 to 14 days of design approval. Full bespoke production is typically completed in 5 to 6 weeks. Once finished, each piece is meticulously packed in specialized protective crating to ensure its pristine condition during worldwide transit.

Q: Are your carpets mass-produced or made-to-order?

Every carpet we produce is strictly made-to-order. We do not engage in commoditized mass production. Instead, our atelier operates with a disciplined, dedicated manufacturing capacity of approximately 1,200 sq m per month, purpose-engineered for high-technical bespoke carpets, complex architectural floor plans, multi-level relief textures, and custom fiber formulations. This controlled volume ensures master craftsmanship and stringent quality supervision on every commission.

Q: Are your carpets compliant with international hospitality fire codes?

Yes. All our bespoke carpets are manufactured to meet rigorous international commercial and hospitality fire safety, flammability resistance, smoke density, and maritime standards required across North America, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

Question 1

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can I order a single rug for my private residence?

Accepted Answer

There is no minimum order quantity. Every piece we produce is strictly made-to-order. We welcome individual bespoke commissions for private residences, penthouses, and luxury villas just as readily as multi-floor hotel developments and international OEM brand programs. Whether you require a single signature area rug or extensive wall-to-wall carpeting, each project receives the same dedicated master craftsmanship and quality control.

Question 2

Do I need to be an architect or interior designer to work with you?

Accepted Answer

No. While we frequently collaborate with architects, interior designers, and commercial specifiers, we also work directly with private homeowners. You do not need technical CAD drawings to begin—simply share your room dimensions, floor photos, color preferences, or inspiration. Our in-house atelier team will assist you with 2D scale renderings, yarn color matching, and material recommendations.

Question 3

Do you act as an OEM manufacturer for design studios and luxury brands?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We understand the exceptionally high standards required by top-tier interior designers, architectural firms, and hospitality groups. As your dedicated OEM partner, we don't just manufacture a carpet—we protect your design intent, quality, and brand reputation throughout the entire process.

Question 4

Can you execute highly complex or sculptural carpet designs?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our master tufters bring over 20 years of hands-on craftsmanship to production. We specialize in translating demanding designer concepts into technically precise hand-tufted carpets, including complex patterns, multi-level detailing, and sculptural surfaces.

Question 5

How do you ensure precise color matching for custom commissions?

Accepted Answer

Unlike many manufacturers, we operate a fully integrated in-house dyeing facility. This gives us direct control over color development, shade consistency, and dye-lot management, ensuring the absolute color accuracy demanded by high-end residential and commercial interiors.

Question 6

What is your approach to quality control during manufacturing?

Accepted Answer

Stringent quality control is the cornerstone of our manufacturing philosophy. We maintain multi-gate inspection throughout our vertically integrated manufacturing process. Every square meter is rigorously audited—from spectrophotometer color matching (ΔE < 0.5) and raw yarn tensile testing, through hand-tufting density checks, relief carving inspection, and 100% pre-dispatch sign-off.
